Magtataka ka minsan kung bakit maraming taong nagfailed sa kaninang Goal. Kung bakit maraming taong hindi makuha ang kanilang Financial Goal.

Dahil ba napaka imposibleng kunin ang kanilang Goal?
Dahil ba maliit lang ang income kaya napakahirap maabot ng malaking pangarap?

Ngayon gusto kong i-share sayo ang 3 Methods How to get past this Obstacle.

Focus on “microgoals”. Sa halip na mag focus ka sa malaking Goal mo all the time, bakit hindi ka mag focus sa maliliit na goal na pwedeng matupad in a day or week or month as long na nakakatulong itong maliliit na bagay para makuha mo yong malaking goal.

Itong “Microgoals” na ito, ay isang pattern kung saan step by step mong kukunin ang iyong maliliit na bagay hanggang matupad mo ang iyong goal na inaasam.

For Example: Your Financial Goal is makapag save ng P100,000, But your income is P12,000 a month. You can start sa hindi pag gastos ng pera sa iyong hobby, like watching the movie every payday para makapag save ka P500. Then next, imbes na bumili ng lunch sa labas bakit hindi ka mag baon?. Then pwede mo alisin yong mga hindi importanteng bawain.

This small goal na pwede mo gawin ay makakapag contribute para makuha mo ang iyong big goal.

Look at the change you’ve already made, not the distance to the goal. When you’re working toward a big goal, hindi mo maiiwasan na nakatingin ka lang sa prize ng goal mo. After all, ito naman ang gusto natin diba? Yung makuha natin ang goal na gusto natin. Pero bakit hindi ka lumingon pabalik?

Ang malaking benefits of looking backward ay para makita mo kung nasan kana ngayon? Ano na ang narating mo noong nag simula ka 1 year ago, or 3 months ako, or 1 month ago? How much has your debt dropped over that relatively short period of time? What about since the start of your goal?

The thing is, kapag nakita mo na nagagawa mo palang mag improved day by day, magkakaroon ka ng real progress sa iyong big goal.

Focus on building positive life routines that make financial progress. Halos same idea ito ng microgoals“, ang pagkakaiba lang sa halip na strictly mong i-set ang mga maliliit mong goal, you simply repeat that goal every single day hanggang maging routine mo na.

Let say, for example, nag decide ka na magbaon kaysa kumain sa mamahaling restaurant to save P500, then kaylangan mong gawin yan every day. Mapapansin mo na lang ito na ang every day routine mo.

Marami tayong routine everyday at talagang napakahirap baguhin nito dahil nakasanayan na natin. Pero hindi mo naman kaylangan baguhin lahat, ang kaylangan mo lang gawin ay yong mga bagay na hindi makakatulong sayo para makapag save ng pera pwede mong baguhin yon paunti-unti hanggang makasanayan mo na.
