If you are a crypto trader who knows how to spot a good setup but lacks the large capital to make massive profits, how can Mubite help you?
Let’s talk about that.
If you have no idea what Mubite is, it is a crypto proprietary (prop) trading firm that provides funded accounts to skilled traders.
In simple terms, a prop trading firm provides the capital in exchange for a split of your profits.
This means you no longer have to risk your own hard-earned money just to trade big position sizes.
To get this funding, you just have to pass an evaluation challenge.
Once you prove that you are a consistently profitable trader, they will give you access to a trading capital ranging from $5,000 up to $200,000, which you can even scale up to a massive $1,000,000 over time.
But how exactly does it work, what are the hidden rules, and does it pass my strict "Legit & Safe" standard?
Let’s dive deep into the numbers.
How Does Mubite Pay You If You Are Trading a Demo Account?
This is the most common question I get: If the funds are in a simulated demo account, how do they make money, and how do they pay traders real cash?
It’s simple.
Mubite has its own live corporate account using their real company capital.
When you prove that you are a profitable trader, Mubite's system copies your demo trades and executes them in the real live market.
That is exactly why your profits in the simulated environment can be converted and withdrawn as real money.
The Challenge Plans: How to Join
Mubite offers three main paths to get funded, depending on your trading style and confidence level:
Instant Funding: This is the fastest way to start. There is no evaluation period and no minimum trading days required. Once you pay the fee, you get a funded account immediately and can earn a 70% to 80% profit split right off the bat.
One-Step Challenge: If you want a higher profit split (up to 90%), you can take this route. It requires a maximum of 10 valid trading days where you need to hit a specific profit target to prove your profitability.
Two-Step Challenge: This is the classic setup. In Phase 1, you trade for a minimum of 10 days. In Phase 2, you trade for a minimum of 3 days. Hitting the profit targets in both phases proves your consistency and unlocks up to a 90% profit split.
Personally, Instant Funding is great for immediate action, but the 1-Step and 2-Step challenges are highly recommended because they allow you to properly evaluate your profitability with better splits.
Plus, if you avail of the One-Step or Two-Step, Mubite even has a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promo where you get a second challenge account for free once you reach your first profit split!
Why Do You Need to Pay an Evaluation Fee?
If the profit comes from real trades, why do you need to pay to take the challenge?
For legitimate prop firms like Mubite, the one-time evaluation fee acts as a strict filter for discipline.
Imagine if the challenge was completely free, everyone would jump in, gamble recklessly, and place blind trades.
It would be impossible for the company to find truly skilled traders.
The evaluation fee is your "skin in the game."
It ensures you are serious, disciplined, and actually know how to trade before managing their funds.
The Best Part: This fee is 100% refundable.
Once you pass the challenge and request your first successful payout from your funded account, Mubite reimburses your initial fee in full.
The Strict Risk Management Rules (Where Most Traders Fail)
As a strict OHLC-based quantitative analyzer, I evaluate numerical relationships rather than relying on emotions.
Mubite operates the same way; they are extremely strict with their numbers.
To survive, you must know these rules:
5% Daily Drawdown: Your account equity (balance + floating profits/losses) cannot drop by 5% in a single day. This resets every midnight UTC. If your floating loss touches this limit even for a second, your account fails.
Smart Drawdown (For Instant Funding): Your max drawdown starts at -10%. But once you hit a +5% profit, your drawdown floor moves up and locks permanently at -5% below your starting balance.
Cumulative Exposure Limit: You cannot go all-in. Your total open positions cannot exceed 2x your account balance for Instant Funding, and 3x for Step Challenges.
The Soft Breach Rule: If you accidentally exceed the exposure limit, you won't be banned immediately. Mubite gives you a one-time "Soft Breach" warning and a 5-minute window to adjust and reduce your position size.
30-Day Inactivity Rule: There is absolutely no maximum time limit to pass the challenges. However, if your account has zero trading activity for 30 consecutive days, it will be deactivated.
Prohibited Practices: You are strictly not allowed to copy-trade other people or use third-party public bots. However, if you develop and code your own custom trading bot, you are fully allowed to use it.
Payouts and Withdrawals
When it's time to cash out, Mubite offers on-demand payouts that are processed quickly (usually within 24 to 48 hours) via Crypto (USDC) or direct Bank Transfer.
But keep these limits in mind:
5% Cap Per Request: You can only withdraw up to 5% of your account size per payout request. Any excess profit isn't lost—it stays safely in your account for your next withdrawal.
14-Day Cooldown: After your first payout, there is a 14-day waiting period before you can request the next one.
Funded Score (Consistency Rule): Once funded, your profits must be consistent. For example, in Instant Funding, no single trading day can account for 25% or more of your total profits. This prevents lucky "one-hit wonder" trades from breaking their risk models.
The Mubite Advantage: Why It Stands Out
Compared to traditional prop firms that focus on Forex and Stocks, Mubite is custom-designed for the cryptocurrency market. Here is what gives them the edge:
No Time Limits: You are not pressured to pass within 30 to 60 days. You can wait patiently for the perfect market setup.
News & Overnight Trading Allowed: You can hold your trades overnight, over the weekend, and even trade during high-impact news events without penalties.
High Leverage & Deep Markets: Unlike other firms that treat crypto as a "side asset" with terrible spreads, Mubite offers up to 1:100 leverage on hundreds of USDT crypto pairs.
Real Market Execution: They connect directly to Bybit and the Cleo platform. You are trading real market movements, not a rigged or hardcoded simulation. You can even trade Tokenized GOLD directly on Bybit!
Multiple Accounts: You can buy as many challenges as you want simultaneously to diversify your strategy, as long as your total active funded capital does not exceed the $300,000 limit.
Trading Academy & Free Trial: They provide a dashboard filled with video courses, e-Books, and market highlights. They even offer a 7-day Free Trial with a $100,000 virtual balance so you can test your strategy completely risk-free.
Whether you are a beginner, an intermediate trader, or a seasoned professional who wants to scale up without risking personal funds, Mubite is an excellent option.
Because of their transparent drawdown rules, integration with legitimate exchanges like Bybit, and clear business model, Mubite easily passes my strict standard as a Legit & Safe prop firm.
