Ang bawat tao sa mundo ay nakakatanggap ng stress sa bawat araw lalo na kung nararanasan nila ang mahirap na trabaho. Pero ang totoo hindi ang trabaho nila ang problema. Ang problema kung paano nila ihahandle ang stress sa bawat situation. Kung gusto mong matalo ang stress at magkaroon ng control over your stress level dapat mong malaman ang first signal ng iyong stress para magawa mong madevelop kung paano mo sya ihahandle.

When you understand your stress level and signals you can manage it more effectively without harming you in any way.

Be positive

Ang pag iisip ng positive situation and thoughts ay nakakatulong para maiwasan natin ang negative energy na nagiging sanhi ng stress. Pwede mong gawin bago ka matulog dapat all negative thought na naiisip mo iwanan  mo sya. Pwede kang manuod ng inspirational video or magbasa ng positive quotes. Gagawin mo rin yan pag kagising mo sa umaga. Wag kang mag isip ng mga negative na bagay. Katulad ng gawain mo sa trabaho, wag mong isiping mahirap.

Ang isip kasi ng tao ang mas madaling maadopt ang mga negative energy kaysa sa positive energy. Kaya naman kapag nahirapan tayo sa isang bagay marami tayong naiisip na negative thoughts. Kapag hindi mo nalabanan magsasanhi ito ng stress.

Try to be happy

Sa pamamaraang ito, makakatulong ito para mataboy ang negative vibes at energy na papasok sa atin.

Naniniwala ako na ang energive energy ay hindi naiiwasan. Ang kaylangan mo lang gawin ay i-control ito.

Ang stress ay wala sa gawa ng tao nasa isip lang yan. Kung magagawa mong mataboy ang lahat ng bagay na nagbibigay sayo ng pag ka stress o yong mga negative vibes na nagbibigay sayo ng stress ibig sabihin kaya mo nang i-control ang isip mo. Papaano mo magagawa yon? Just a simple smile o pag tawa o maging masaya sa ginagawa mo.

Ganun lang.

Hindi mo kaylangan ng ibang techniques para mamanage ang stress. Itong dalawang techniques na binigay ko sayo ay sapat na para macontrol mo ang buong araw na stress free.
