So, a lot of you have been requesting me to talk about XUACO (xuaco.com) to see what I can say about this platform.
Before we discuss the details, let us first look at their withdrawals.
They claim that you can withdraw your money every day.
We tested it, and yes, it is possible to withdraw.
However, it is interesting to note that their supposed arbitrage trading only runs on Mondays and Fridays because they trade in the Forex market, yet cash outs work even on weekends.
Let us look closely at the data to see if XUACO passes this standard.
What is XUACO?
For those who do not have an idea yet, XUACO claims to be a secure arbitrage vault.
They state that they use an automated software engine to scan the global Forex market and execute arbitrage trades in milliseconds across different brokers.
How Do You Earn Money Here?
The platform offers a few ways for you to make a profit:
- Arbitrage Trading: They promise a daily target return of 1% to 3%.
- Referral Program: You can earn commissions by referring other people to the platform.
- Prediction Markets (Coming Soon): In the coming months, they will launch a feature where you can guess the outcomes of major events in crypto, Forex, the economy, tech, sports, and politics. If your prediction is correct, you can earn money.
The Good Things About the Platform
Let us first look at the positive things they offer to users:
- Low Minimum Investment: You can start investing with just 100 dollars for their "Pro" package.
- Very User-Friendly: The platform is easy to understand. You do not need to do any technical analysis, read charts, or learn complex trading strategies because the system supposedly does all the trades for you.
- Flexible Withdrawals: They have very loose withdrawal terms. There are zero withdrawal fees, and you can request a cash out anytime. I even experienced withdrawing on a Saturday and a Sunday.
Aside from these points, I did not see any other good things about the platform.
The Red Flags to Watch Out For
Now, let us analyze the technical details and the questionable things about the platform.
1. Simulated Trading Feed
I checked the source code, and there is no real trading happening here.
The live arbitrage trading they show on the dashboard is just a simulated feed.
It does not have any connection to any Forex platform using API, websocket, or fix protocol API.
There is no real arbitrage execution happening across different brokers.

This is the smoking gun.
I checked the source code of their website, specifically the arbitrage_engine.js file.
In a legit trading platform like Binance, prices move because of live WebSocket connections to a real order book.
In XUACO, the "trading" is just a front-end illusion!
The prices and spreads moving on your screen are generated by a simple JavaScript Math.random() code.
Your daily profit is not from the market; it is hardcoded into the system based on the package you bought (window._planProfitMin = 1.0; window._planProfitMax = 8.0;).
The trading logs are hardcoded, meaning the numbers you see are not from real trading, but a script made for visualization.
It is just a web animation designed to trick your eyes.
2. Unsustainable Daily Profits
The 1% and 3% daily profit they promise is not sustainable.
In real market conditions, arbitrage profits depend on tiny price gaps that fluctuate constantly.
As of today, when this blog post is published, the platform is still very new, and they only have 100+ members in their Telegram group.
Because there are only a few members, it is still possible for them to pay out withdrawals.
But if the members multiply, this will no longer be sustainable.
3. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Structure
Their Network Vault Program is a big red flag.
They offer up to 33.8% lifetime commissions up to 10 levels deep for referring new users.
Because they do not have any real subscriptions to earn profit for the platform, they have no real source of income except the deposits of the new recruits.
4. Lack of Technical Proof and Misleading TX IDs
I emailed their management asking for technical proofs to show that they are really doing arbitrage trading, but they could not show anything to prove they are legit.
They could not provide a verified Myfxbook link, blockchain Transaction IDs (TXIDs) of actual market executions, or redacted broker statements, claiming their setup is a "trade secret."
To make matters worse, they try to look transparent by showing a "TX HASH" column with a "View TX" button on their dashboard, claiming that settlements are recorded on the Binance Smart Chain.

Do not let this fool you.
The TX IDs they provide are just transactions of user deposits and internal transfers, NOT actual trading transactions.
Real Forex trades happen in the interbank market and do not settle trade-by-trade on a crypto blockchain like BSC.
This is a deliberate attempt to confuse users into thinking real trading is happening.
Furthermore, while they claim to be registered in the UK and Australia, they admitted that they do not hold an actual Financial Services License (like an AFSL or FCA) to legally manage pooled public funds.
Company registration is very different from a license to operate a financial investment platform.
5. Clear Signs of an Impending Exit Scam (Platform Updates & Withdrawal Restrictions) - UPDATE
Recently, XUACO implemented sudden policy changes and platform updates.
These are textbook warning signs that the operators are running low on fresh capital and are preparing to execute an "Exit Scam" (permanently shutting down and running away with investors' funds):
- Aggressive Promo Investment Plans with High Returns: They recently launched "special promo plans" featuring high investment tiers, limited slots, and abnormally high promised returns. This is a classic final cash-grab strategy used to bait members into depositing large sums of money one last time before the platform completely disappears.
- Delayed Withdrawals & Extended Processing Times: The withdrawal process that previously took around 5 hours has now been stretched to up to 48 hours. When a Ponzi scheme starts delaying payouts, it usually means payouts are exceeding incoming deposits.
- Arbitrary Withdrawal Caps and Limits: They introduced strict new limits, such as allowing only 1 withdrawal per day and imposing a maximum withdrawal amount, rules that did not exist before. They are intentionally slowing down liquidity outflow to buy time.
- Critically Low On-Chain Wallet Balances: A check on their official wallet addresses reveals dangerously low funds, with balances sitting at under $30 on one account and around $1,500 on another. For a platform claiming to manage pooled liquidity and process daily user payouts, these drained balances are proof that their treasury is nearly empty and unable to fulfill ongoing withdrawal requests.

CRITICAL UPDATE (Platform Collapse): As predicted, the situation has fully materialized into a scam execution.
While the website is still up and running, no one can withdraw their funds anymore, and their official Telegram group has been completely deleted.
This confirms that the platform has officially pulled off its exit scam, cutting off all communication lines and leaving investors with zero access to their money.
Another UPDATE:
The $100 "Verification Fee" Trap for the New Telegram Group: After deleting their old Telegram group, the scammers introduced a new rule requiring members to pay a $100 verification fee to join the new group.
They claimed this was for security against scammers and promised the payment would be credited back to the user's account after verification.

- Why this is a clear sign of an Exit Scam:
- Final Cash-Grab (Extortion): This is a desperate tactic used to squeeze the last remaining money out of victims under the guise of "security" or a refundable fee.
- False Promise of a Refund: The promise that the $100 will be credited back to your account is entirely fake. Once the money is sent to their wallet address, the scammers will completely disappear with it.
- Filtering Desperate Victims: They use this fee to filter out members who still have funds and are vulnerable enough to fall for one last trick, maximizing their final profit before cutting all ties.
Final Conclusion
Is this earning opportunity for you?
If you are tired of these kinds of platforms, and you do not like high-risk Ponzi Scheme setups, avoid this platform.
It can vanish like a bubble once a lot of members join.
XUACO is a completely FAKE arbitrage trading platform, Ponzi Scheme and a high-risk Platform.
All the earnings shown on the dashboard are just numbers, and the payouts for older members simply come from the deposits of the new recruits.
This is where our topic ends for today.
FINAL REVIEW & FINAL UPDATE: XUACO IS A SCAM
The inevitable has finally happened. Following the classic playbook of high-yield investment frauds and Ponzi schemes, XUACO has officially closed down, leaving its website inaccessible and thousands of investors locked out of their accounts.
What This Means:
- Total Loss of Funds: All dashboards, simulated earnings, and account balances are completely gone. The platform's sudden disappearance confirms that the operators have successfully executed their exit scam.
- The Final Extortion Trap: The last-ditch attempt to charge a $100 "verification fee" to enter a replacement Telegram group was the final red flag—a desperate, predatory tactic designed to squeeze every last cent out of desperate victims before completely cutting all lines of communication.
- The Verdict: XUACO was never a legitimate Forex arbitrage platform. It was a mathematically unsustainable Ponzi scheme built on fake front-end JavaScript animations, false regulatory claims, and the recycled deposits of new recruits.
This platform serves as yet another stark reminder: any website promising guaranteed daily returns of 1% to 3% through "automated arbitrage" without verifiable, transparent proof of market execution is entirely fraudulent.
