Ito rin ang makakapag contribute sayo para maging continues ang success at paglaki ng business mo. Kahit sabihin natin na nagtatrabaho ka sa pinakamataas na position sa iyong business, kailangan mo pa ring maintindihan ang proseso. Narito ang ilan sa mga guidelines para matulungan kang susugin ang madilim na daan.

Kahit sino ang pwedeng maging prospect. People buy product for different reason, at pwedeng maka-affect ito kung paano mo iooffer ang iyong product. But generally, buyers are divided into two groups: strategic and financial buyers.

 

Strategic buyers ay tinitingnan nito kung gaano kahusay ang iyong negosyo sa pag plano kung gaano tatagal ang iyong company. Ito ay maaring isa sa mga competitors mo na gustong mag buo ng new market or mag offer ng new product. Kapag nabigay mo yung gusto nila, strategic buyers ay bibili ng higit o mas mataas sa pangkaraniwang buyers.

 

Financial buyers naman ay mas interesado sila sa benifits ng iyong company at stability na pwede nilang makuha. Ito yung mga taong naghahanap talaga nang pagkakakitaan. Sila yung mga taong may pera at handang mag invest para i-convert into profit.

 

Where Can You Reach Potential Buyers? 

 

Kung kilala ka sa larangan nang pagbi-business at meron kang sapat na foundation word of mouth is enough. Ngunit hindi lahat ng tao na nasa business ay kilala kaya naman mas pinipili nilang mapalaki ang kanilang network using different website and ads. Like for example, Tv and radio advertising, banner ads. Pero paano kung wala kang sapat na budget para sa mga advertising na yan?

 

Kailangan mong pumunta sa mga affordable ads, like Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.. Or pwede kang gumawa ng sarili mong website o Blog para sa iyong business or product. Maraming paraan para mapalaki mo ang iyong market.

 

Why Should You Qualify Potential Buyers? 

 

Katulad ng pagpoproseso ng mga confidential agreements at financial background information ay merong standard documents for prospective buyers. Ang mga broker o investment banker ay merong tinatawag na pre-screening para masigurado na sila ay financially qualified para mag purchase ng business. Kasama dito ang reviewing ownership, available funds to invest, sources of financing, and any judgments or bankruptcies filed.

 

Katulad nila tayo rin ay merong tinatawag na quafilied prospect. Sabi nga, lahat ng tao possible na bumili ng product mo pero hindi lahat ng tao ay qualified para bumili nito.

 

Kailangan mong alamin kung ano ang primary reason nya kung bakit sya interested na bumili ng product o sumali sa iyong business. Tingnan mo kung fit ba ang prospct mo sa tinatayo mong team o baka naman isa lang sya sa makakasira sa team mo. Kung isa ba sya sa magiging active para maging successful ang iyong business o isa lang sya sa mga taong bumili ng product. Kung meron syang company o ibang product na inooffer, bakit kailanga nya pang bumili ng product mo?

 

Sa mga tanong na yan, malalaman mo kung fit ba sya sa iyong team para maging successful ang iyong business.

Ang magbebenta ng isang bahay ay hindi katulad nang pagbebenta ng isang negosyo. Pero katulad nang tagabenta ng bahay kailangan mong maging kaaya-aya sa iyong potential buyer bago ka dumiskarte. Kung ikaw ay isang Offline marketer kailangan mong mag postura to meet the first impression at alam mo ang mga possible na tatanungin nya. Pero kung ikaw naman ay isang Online Marketer you need to build rapport bago ka mag start ng conversation. Dahil tataas ang iyong credibility para bumili ng product sayo at mag start ng business kasama mo.

 

What to Expect?

 

Ano ba ang pwede nyang makuha kapag bumili sya ng product. Dapat alam ng prospect mo kung ano-ano ang makukuha nya at ano ang una nyang gagawin para makapag simula sya. Kung kumuha ka ng tao na hindi naman nya alam ang gagawin parang kumuha ka ng tao at nilagay mo sa madilim na kwarto.

 

When Are You Ready to Close The Deal? 

 

The average house will sale in four months. Dito oras o araw ang gugugulin mo para maclose mo ang sales, it depends sa conversation o sa pagsasagot mo ng mga tanong nya at kung meron pa syang objection about sa business or sa offer mo. Dapat alam mo rin kung paano i-close ang sale o kung kailan mo iku-close ang sales.
