Terms of Service:

Scope of Service

I will create a video promoting the client’s products and services and post it on my YouTube account. A short version of the video will be posted on my TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts. Additionally, I will create a blog post on my website, which will also be sent to my email list.

Payment Terms

The client must make a full payment based on their chosen promotion package: ₱9,999 for the Basic Package, ₱18,999 for the Standard Promo Package, ₱25,188 for the Ultimate Expansion Package, or ₱39,999 for the Exclusive Brand Takeover Package.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials and information required for the execution of the promotion service within the specified time frame.

Non-Refundable Policy

The client must provide or send the required details within 2 to 3 days of payment. Once the details have been submitted, refund requests will not be entertained. However, if the details have not yet been submitted, a refund may be requested. Refunds will be issued after deducting the transaction fee. Refund requests should be sent via email to support@neilyanto.com.

Term and Termination

This is a one-time video sponsorship promotion service. The use, downloading, re-uploading, or redistribution of promotional content on social media platforms not owned by me is prohibited and may result in termination of the service. I reserve the right to terminate the service if the details or materials submitted violate the brand deal guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

I shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the execution of the promotional services.

Entire Agreement

By proceeding with the checkout, the client automatically agrees to the terms of service outlined above, as well as the terms and conditions of the website and the brand deal guidelines.
