Payment Terms

A full payment of ₱5,000.00 is required from the client for the Ads service.

Non-Refundable Policy

Once the checkout process is completed, the payment is non-refundable.

Term and Termination

This is a one-year contract that starts upon the submission of the image (ad). The client may send unlimited updated images (ads) if they want a new ad to be created.

Entire Agreement

By proceeding with the checkout, the client automatically agrees to the terms of service outlined above, as well as the terms and conditions of the website and the brand deal guidelines.

You can upload your ad file directly through your dashboard, where all offers are listed. Simply select the appropriate option and follow the instructions to submit your design.

What formats are accepted for the ad design?

We recommend WEBP for the best performance, but we also accept JPEG, PNG, and GIF files. Make sure your ad is exactly 728 x 90 pixels.

When will my ad be live?

Your ad will be live within 48 hours after you submit the file. You will receive an email notification once your ad is live.

Can I change my ad during the 1-year contract?

Yes, you can change your ad anytime during the 1-year contract without any additional cost.

What happens if my ad violates the guidelines?

If your ad doesn't comply with our guidelines, we’ll notify you to make adjustments before publishing.

Is the placement fixed or rotating with other ads?

Header Ads are fixed placements, ensuring maximum visibility for your brand.
