Scope of Service

I will create a blog post on my website to promote the client’s products and services, which will also be sent to my email list.

Payment Terms

A full payment of ₱6,297.00 is required from the client for the promotion service.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials and information required for the execution of the promotion service within the specified time frame.

Non-Refundable Policy

The client must provide or send the required details within 2 to 3 days of payment. Once the details have been submitted, refund requests will not be entertained. However, if the details have not yet been submitted, a refund may be requested. Refunds will be issued after deducting the transaction fee. Refund requests should be sent via email to support@neilyanto.com.

Term and Termination

This is a one-time content promotion service. The use, downloading, re-uploading, or redistribution of promotional content on social media platforms not owned by me is prohibited and may result in termination of the service. I reserve the right to terminate the service if the details or materials submitted violate the brand deal guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

I shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the execution of the promotional services.

Entire Agreement

By proceeding with the checkout, the client automatically agrees to the terms of service outlined above, as well as the terms and conditions of the website and the brand deal guidelines.

Yes, you can request revisions to the blog post once it is uploaded. For email content, revisions are possible only if the email campaign has not yet been sent. The email campaign will be sent to over 2,000+ active subscribers from my email list, providing a great opportunity to reach real people who subscribed through YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other ad campaigns.

Can I use the blog post on my social media?

You can share the blog post on social media as part of the promotion, but it must remain linked or attributed to the original blog on our website. The purpose of Content Boost is to help you attract new customers through my own network and bring new visitors to my website. This content is not intended for reposting, recreating, or publishing on your own website or platform as original content.

Is this a one-time service or a subscription?

This is a one-time payment service. The content created is not owned by you but is specifically crafted to promote your offer, brand, business, product, or services. Its purpose is to drive visibility and engagement through our platform.
