“300% income after 16 days? I’ve heard that before…”
Welcome to another full-length investigation here at Neil Yanto Official.
In this deep-dive, we’ll break down OmegaPro—a company that promises massive passive income and active rewards by simply investing and recruiting others. Sounds familiar? That’s because many of us have heard this kind of pitch before… and many have lost money to it.
Today, we’ll answer the burning question:
Is OmegaPro a legitimate opportunity, or just another “scampany” trying to lure unsuspecting investors?
Let’s begin with two viewer comments from our YouTube community:
🗣 Overkill Undefeated: “Sir Neil, please review OmegaPro... we want to know how legit or scam this is.”
🗣 FOOTBALL TRADING (Disclaimer only): “Idol, can you review OmegaPro? Looks like another scam company emerging again after Football Trading.”
We took your questions seriously. After digging into the company’s claims, compensation structure, legal status, public records, and user experiences, here’s what we found.
🧠 WHAT IS OMEGAPRO?
According to its own materials, OmegaPro is a “multi-industry company” focused on commodities and currency markets. They market themselves as a trading platform offering:
300% ROI in 16 months with zero effort
Referral commissions and network bonuses
A leadership pool reward system for top performers
And a wallet split that supposedly reinvests a portion of your earnings to generate even more passive income
They make it sound like you’re investing into a legitimate trading infrastructure run by experts. But once you break down the details, everything starts to feel off.
Let’s start by exploring how people are supposed to “earn” from OmegaPro.
💸 OMEGAPRO COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
1. Passive Income (300% in 16 Months)
This is the company’s biggest hook.
You invest money—for example, ₱20,000—and after 16 months, they claim it will triple into ₱60,000. No effort needed. No work. Just park your money and watch it grow.
They say the returns are generated by “expert traders” using advanced trading algorithms. But…
🔍 They provide no trading proof, audited results, or external confirmations.
It’s a common tactic in Ponzi schemes: promise massive ROI without real backing.
2. Active Income – Referral Commissions
Want to earn faster? Recruit others.
You earn 7% on every new investor you bring in.
You also earn binary commission bonuses if you build two downlines—left and right.
The system uses a weak-leg binary structure, rewarding the side with fewer recruits.
It’s an MLM structure. And like most MLMs, the more you recruit, the more you earn—but only if others keep investing too.
3. Hyper Income – Binary Rewards
To unlock the 10% binary bonus, you must:
Have exactly 2 referrals—one on each leg.
Once new investments come in on both sides, you earn a portion based on the weaker leg.
It’s a classic binary setup to encourage continuous recruitment while appearing “balanced.”
4. Leadership Pool
This is their “prestige” reward system.
If you reach ranks like Silver, Platinum, or Diamond, you get a share of the company’s total monthly income (claimed to be from trading).
Your rewards depend on the company’s monthly volume—which you have no visibility into
It sounds glamorous, but there’s zero evidence of actual trading profits being distributed.
5. Wallet Split (70/30 Structure)
Whenever you earn:
70% goes to your E-wallet (withdrawable)
30% goes to a Passive Wallet, automatically “invested” at 10% per year
Example:
You earn $500 → $350 withdrawable, $150 locked in passive trading
After 12 months: you earn an additional $15 from passive trading
You also get a 20% bonus from the 12-month cycle
Again—zero transparency on how this money is used or invested
🚨 RED FLAGS & INCONSISTENCIES
❌ 1. Fake Address
OmegaPro’s claimed office address is Griffith Corporate Centre—a location known to be used by dozens of other confirmed scam platforms like:
LimeFX
Uptos Ltd
TXGlobal Trading
AG Markets
Entrust Mining Forex
When we emailed the office management? The reply was clear:
“OmegaPro does not rent or operate in our building.”
❌ 2. Fraudulent Licensing
OmegaPro claims regulation under Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG).
⚠️ But here’s the truth:
SVG does not license any company offering investment or trading services.
The license is meaningless and non-enforceable.
This is a red flag used by many online scams.
❌ 3. Global Warnings from Financial Authorities
Multiple regulators have issued public warnings:
🇫🇷 AMF (France) – Warned against OmegaPro as an unauthorized entity
🇪🇸 CNMV (Spain) – Declared OmegaPro is not authorized for investments
🇵🇦 SMV (Panama) – Listed OmegaPro as an unregistered financial firm
🇧🇪 FSMA (Belgium) – Added OmegaPro to its fraud list
🇨🇦 AMF (Québec) – Included OmegaPro in its blacklists
Each of these bodies classified OmegaPro as an illegal operation and warned citizens not to engage with them.
❌ 4. No Trading Evidence
Despite marketing buzzwords like “algorithm,” “expert trader,” and “forex AI,” OmegaPro:
Shows no dashboard with actual trade logs
Has no verified trader names or public audits
Cannot prove any real revenue from trading
Everything points to no actual financial market activity.
🔒 CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION & LEGAL ACTIONS
In 2023–2024, OmegaPro became the subject of major U.S. law enforcement operations.
⚖️ Indicted Founders:
Michael Sims (USA)
Juan Carlos Reynoso (Dominican Republic)
These men were charged by the DOJ and FBI for running a $650 million Ponzi scheme. They lured global investors through fake trading claims and MLM-style payouts.
“OmegaPro promised 300% returns… but in reality, it never engaged in any legitimate trading operations.” — DOJ Press Release
