How to Use Failure to Your Advantage

Lahat ng Entrepreneur ay nag fi-fail, kailangan nating itong tandaan.

 

Kung isa kang entrepreneur, at same point you will fail. Hindi natin ito maiiwansan. Kung ito man ay malaki o maliit, meron ka rin ditong makukuha.

 

Ang failure ay hindi ito loss sa buhay natin, maaari nating gamitin ang failure to become successful.

 

Successful people fail. And no, that’s not an oxymoron

 

A failure is an option

 

Madalas ang failure tinitingnan natin ito na isa nang katapusan, ending of the game kung baga, pero hindi ganito ang case. Maraming entrepreneur ang nagsasabing, ang failure ay isang simula pa lang.

 

Kung nakikita mo na ang iyong business ay pababa, ito ang oras na maghanap ng solusyon para sa mga problema.

 

Failure is an option. Siguro kailangan mo lang mag simula muli o tapusin ang mga nasimulan mo.

 

Alamin mo kung ano ba ang mga problema dahil makakatulong ito para matuto sa pagdi desisyon mo sa future.

 

Failure is a stepping stone on the pathway to success. May matututunan ka at along the way magagamit mo yon at makakatulong sayo para maiwasan ang mga mistake na nagawa mo.

 

Wag kang mag focus sa mga bagay na hindi mo ma control, mag focus ka sa mga bagay na naku-control mo.

 

Kung pagpapatuloy mo ang nasimulan mo at hanapan ng solusyon ang mga problema sa bagay na nagbigay sayo ng mistake at pag fail ng iyong business, your failure will quickly turn into a success and a lesson learned.

 

Accept failure

 

Ang failure ay isang parte ng proseso ng isang entrepreneur.

 

Marami ka na bang narinig about “overnight success?”. Karamihan, hindi nila binubunyag sa likod ng mga stories kung bakit naging successful sila at paano nila nakuha ang kanilang mga achievementssa buhay.

 

Katulad ng mga doctors o mga researchers maraming beses silang nag fail bago nila nakuha ang saktong gamot para sa isang sakit.

 

Katulad nila, ang isang entrepreneur ay nag simula rin ng maraming business bago nila nakuha ang saktong formula kung paano sila kikita at maging successful sa buhay.

 

Sa kabilang banda, maraming tao at mga bagong entrepreneur ay takot maranasan ang failure. At yung fear na yon ang dahilan kung bakit tumitigil silang mag simula ulit, hanapin ang probelma, mag build ng foundation at pivoting.

 

Kung nakikita mo ang sarili mo na natatakot mag fail sa isang bagay, subukan mong tanggapin.

 

Hindi ka nag-iisa maraming taong nag fail at nakaranas ng failure kahit na ang mga successful people o entrepreneur.

 

Ang pagkakaiba lang hindi sila tumigil at yung mga naranasan nilang failure tinanggap nila yon para maging successful

 

Be honest

 

Sabihin natin na ang iyong business o specific product hindi nagwo-work out. Kailangan mong maging honest sa iyong team.

 

Madalas ang isang entrepreneur ay nararamdaman nila na mag-isa lang sila nag bumubuo ng business at mag-isa na nakakaranas ng failure. Pero hindi. Ang buong team at ang iyong partner ay nasa likod mo kung ikaw man ay successful or down. Just be open all the time.

 

Mas maagang masasabi mo sa kanila ang problema, mas malamang na nais ka nilang tulungan para i-solve ang mga problema na nararanasan mo.

 

Kung hindi mo maamin ang iyong kabiguan, someone else will eventually point it out. Kapag nangyari yon, mas magiging worse pa ang mararamdaman mo.

 

Mas maganda na aminin mo sa sarili mo na merong kang pagkukulang kung bakit nakakaranas ka ng failure.

 

Wag kang mag sinungaling sa iyong sarili na walang problema. Mas maaga mong malalaman na nakakaranas ka ng failure mas mayroon kang oras para baguhin ito.

 

The alternative means a big mess on your hands.
