The Entrepreneur Mindset, Think Like An Entrepreneur

Naramdaman mo na ba ‘yong tipong tinatamad kana sa trabaho mo at gusto mo nang lumipat ng ibang trabaho dahil parang hindi kana nag go-grow, or kaya naman, gusto mo nang mag full time sa iyong business na ginagawa as a entrepreneur.

Dito sa blog post na ginawa ko malalaman mo ang Difference Mindset ng isang successful entrepreneur at ang ordinary people na nasa corporate industry or mga nag fail na entrepreneur.

So, ano ba ang mindset ng isang entrepreneur at ordinary people?

Opportunity

A. Kung mapapansin mo ang laging mindset nila or iniisip nila o gusto nilang mangyare ay maging isang mayaman/umasenso sa buhay. Ang alam lang nila ay magtrabaho para kumita ng pera, it means, they work for money, nakukulong sila sa mindset na magtrabaho sa pera thats why nagiging dahilan kung bakit hindi nila makuha ang goals nila.

B. Ang mga entrepreneur naman ay mga tinatawag na Excellent Reciever. Bakit excellent receiver? Dahil every opportunity na makita nila na alam nilang mag wowork for them, they grab it always. Di man sila kumita sa una, lagi nilang tinatatak sa utak nila na every effort at time na binibigay nila ay laging magbubunga.

Selling

A. Madalas kapag may tatanungin ka sa tao about sa pagbenta, about sales, parang uncomfortable sila sa selling. Laging iniisip nila “hindi ako marunong magbenta”, “Hindi ko linya ang selling”, mga ganun.

B. Ang entrepreneur naman they always selling. Dahil naka focus sila na kapag hindi ka nag benta hindi ka magiging successful. Even na, nagaapply ka sa trabaho, nagbebenta ka. Ano ang binebenta mo? Sarili mo. Kapag may nagustuhan kang movie or pagkain, diba lagi mong pinopromote sa ibang tao. It’s selling.

Wants

A. Sa mga bagay naman na gusto natin. Ang ordinary people na nasa corporate industry lagi silang naka focus sa mga bagay na hindi naman nila kaylangan. For example, gadget, lagi silang bumibili ng out of the budget kaya naman madalas walang natitira at walang naiipon.

B. Ang mga entrepreneur naman ang isip nila don lang sa mga bagay na possible nilang makuha. Kung baga, bibili lang sila ng gadget or mag aupgrade ng gadget kung kaylan lang nila kaylangan. For example, bumili sila ng mic for recording dahil kaylangan nila at nasa budget naman na hindi sila mawawalan.

Life

A. Sa buhay naman, naniniwala sila na ang buhay ang gagawa ng mga pangarap nila. Parang naniniwala sila sa fairy tails story at naniniwala sila sa tadhana na binigay ng mundo.

B. Ang entrepreneur naman naniniwala sila na kaya nilang gawin o baguhin ang buhay nila. Ang kaylangan lang nila ay effort at time para mabago ito. Lagi silang nag iisip ng positive at hindi nila pinapakinggan ang mga bagay na hindi naman makakatulong sa kanila. At naghahanap sila ng opportunity na makakapag pabago ng buhay nila.

Ayan, ito yong different mindset ng isang successful entrepreneur at ordinary people na nasa corporate industry.
